Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context explicitly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the ajo89 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which are strictly enforced:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you maintain an active account. ajo89 enforces a strict 21+ policy in accordance with responsible gaming best practices applicable to the Indonesian market.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

ajo89 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued national ID card (KTP), a photograph of the account holder, and proof of the payment method used. Withdrawal requests above Rp 5.000.000 may be held pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 calendar days may result in account suspension.

3.4 One Account Per Person

5.1 Wagering Requirements
